Frequently Asked Questions

what is the process for booking you as a choreographer?

Start by filling out the contact form with your team’s style, level, and ideal timeline. From there, we’ll connect—usually via email, phone, or Zoom—to talk through dates, expectations, your team culture, and any theme or music ideas you have in mind.

For competitive routines, I typically recommend booking at least 12 hours of choreography over 2–3 days to ensure we create a routine that’s clean, detailed, and performance-ready. For more advanced routines that require advanced lifts, skills, and transitions, 16 hours is typically better when possible.

After the initial choreography session, I’ll check in with your team throughout the season and am always happy to provide virtual critiques/adjustments free of charge. Many teams also choose to bring me back closer to state or nationals for an in-depth revamp, which can be a great way to elevate the routine if budget allows!

What styles of routines do you choreograph?

I choreograph pom, jazz, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical, kick, and gameday/timeouts. My style blends athleticism, musicality, and strong visual moments—customized for your dancers' strengths.

I want to work with you but it doesn’t work with our budget— what should i do?

Reach out! I’m willing to work with team budgets as needed if our values align.

How much does music cost?

It depends! For one song just cut for length, the cost is included in your choreography fee. For a more complex mix, I will go through a professional— a custom mix is typically around $500, or I can find a premade mix for around $85. Keep in mind that if your music needs to be licensed, it costs an additional $20/song.
